Terms of Service
Last updated: April 30, 2026
These are placeholder terms describing how Frigo works today, in active development. They will be reviewed and replaced by counsel before Frigo's public launch.
These terms cover your use of Frigo, an app operated by Frigo LLC, based in Portland, Oregon. By using Frigo, you agree to them. If you have questions, email support@cookfrigo.com.
Acceptable use
Frigo is for organizing your cooking and sharing it with people you choose. Please use it lawfully and respectfully. Don't use Frigo to harass others, post content you don't have the rights to, attempt to break or abuse the service, or do anything illegal.
Your content
You own the content you create in Frigo — your recipes, photos, notes, and posts. By using the app, you grant Frigo a limited license to store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the service for you and showing it to the people you share it with. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we won't sell it.
Termination
You can stop using Frigo and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@cookfrigo.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other people at risk.
Limitation of liability
Frigo is provided "as is" while in active development. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Frigo LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Frigo helps you organize and share your cooking; it doesn't provide professional, dietary, or food-safety advice, so use your own judgment in the kitchen.
